Oil Changers Customer Reviews
"James and cody were great at making sure my oil change experience at this oil and lube shop in Mt. Sterling was handled in a professional and timely manner. Other employees as well changed tire pressure to what vehicle specs recommend but also were flexible in asking whether or not that was ok or if I preferred another setting. Also they were very knowledgeable about other components of my vehicle may need maintenance eventually but were also honest when I asked them if it was considered a necessity at the moment and gave me an honest answer instead of pushing me into a sale. Lots of integrity here from this establishment and that goes a long way. Thank you to all the gentlemen that serviced my vehicle. Been coming here periodically when I can't get it done myself and I never felt like I was in the wrong hands."
"Great crew. They were so helpful and checked every thing for me and was very respectful. They were personal and didnt over charge. They told me what to expect. Definitely will do all my business threw them now. Great place."
"The best if the best! If you need great service, great prices and any work completed on your vehicle go here! Super nice and honest people! Can’t brag enough, I take all of my trucks and cars here!"
"So glad I went to see Billy! I thought the Dealer had been neglecting to check things. I was right! My filters were atrocious! A literal rats nest in my cabin filter! I just left the Ford Dealer last week! My air filter and fuel filters were original from factory! I have 74,000 miles. I have been to the Ford Dealer on numerous occasions! Thanks Billy for checking everything from top to bottom! You run a great operation and team. I will be back! Bye the way, I brought him an F550 and while I was there getting every service they had to offer they serviced 10 other vehicles for quick oil changes. I am so impressed!"
"They were fast, friendly, and courteous! There is a 25% discount for new customers, and they'll send you coupons for next time too."
