No, this is not a credit card and does not require any personal information to purchase.
If you incur additional fees, such as additional quarts or a different oil type, you will simply pay the difference at the time of service. The Service Card will cover a semi-synthetic with up to 5 quarts of oil, but the credit can be used toward any type of full-service oil change.
