Oil Changers Customer Reviews
"My son’s car was due for service, and I mistakenly thought it needed an oil change. Since we’re new to Reno, I brought it to Oil Changers for what I expected would be a quick oil change. The technician, Jamie, checked under the hood, inspected the oil, and told me it didn’t need changing for at least another 3,000 miles. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Instead of selling me a service I didn’t need, they checked all of the other fluids at no charge and even gave me a free car wash coupon. They easily could have changed the oil, charged me around $100, and I never would have known the difference. They didn’t. Their honesty and integrity earned my trust. Because of the outstanding service Jamie and the team provided, my family and I will be returning to Oil Changers for all of our future vehicle maintenance. It’s refreshing to find a business that truly puts its customers first. Highly recommended!"
"I’ve had such a great experience with Oil Changers on McCarran. Everyone is professional, thorough, and I really appreciate that they don’t try to pressure you into unnecessary upsells. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and make the whole process easy. Samuel was my tech today and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, understood everything, and was completely happy before I left. The free car wash is such a nice bonus too! Great service, great team, and definitely a place I’ll continue coming back to."
"David was fast and friendly! Super quick oil change. Showed us we needed a new air filter but unfortunately they were out of stock. Didn't hassle us with anything we didnt need but did show us and help us make choices for what we did- and we got a free car wash and Vacumme! Great service, reasonable price, will definitely be back!"
"Coming from out of town, I needed an oil change and likely was overdue for transmission fluid change. The two gentleman provided excellent service and ran through all the details covering what I needed. I’m thankful for them helping me out in a pinch and still being open late. Will definitely come back when service is needed"
"Went in for oil change. Didn’t need one yet. The friendly staff member informed me instead of just doing the oil change. Topped off the fluids and sent me on my way. Great staff. Will get all of my oil changes here from now on."
