Oil Changers Customer Reviews
"Today was my first time coming here and I had an excellent experience at Oil Changers in Fair Oaks! This was by far the easiest and most customer-friendly drive-through oil change I’ve ever had. You never have to get out of your vehicle. As soon as I pulled up, they offered me a complimentary bottle of water and a cup of coffee. While my van was being serviced, they even had cool air blowing into my vehicle so I could stay comfortable in the California heat. I had my kids with me, and they were so kind and patient. They even let us use the employee restroom, which I really appreciated. I also loved how transparent they were throughout the service. They showed me my oil dipstick before and after the oil change, showed me my old oil filter, and inspected my engine air filter with me so I could actually see its condition instead of just taking their word for it. They also cleaned my windows, checked and filled all my tires, lubricated my door hinges, and completed everything quickly without me ever leaving my seat. If you’re looking for a fast, honest, and convenient oil change in Fair Oaks, I highly recommend Oil Changers. The customer service was outstanding, the team was professional, and they really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!"
"I love Oil Changers! They are efficient, friendly, and do a thorough job every time. They aren’t overly pushy with their recommendations for things, which is appreciated, but they also do a good job of explaining the need/impact of additional services. Fair pricing, great team. I’ll be back!"
"This was the most customer friendly oil experience I have been a part of. Not one but just about every person working on the shop at one point or another came to my car window introduced themselves offered me a bottled cold water or coffee which really impressed me . They offered me air out of a tube to keep me comfortable. By the time it was all said and done I asked where my Ferrari was. They had me feel like a very important person. Whomever runs this business knows exactly what they are doing and will be very successful with it. Your staff is nothing but polite friendly good working teams and seem to enjoy what they are doing. . They kept me informed explained what they were doing and offered other services which I purchased two . If only more business owners could follow your lead. I will refer your company to my friends and I will only use your company in the Future. Thank you for such a delightful experience it made my day. Good work fellas"
"The only place I’ll go to get my oil changed! They even have an AC tube they bring into your car to stay cool while your engine is off! They offer coffee, tea and water while your waiting. Excellent customer service! 5 star service! ⭐️"
"I was able to get a spot right away. And the guys were really nice working there. Although, too much over selling on different products and it took longer than 20 minutes. When I called, they said it shouldn’t take more than 15 to 20 minutes. The cost was reasonable. I will only go to them for oil change from now on."
