Oil Changers Customer Reviews
"Amazing customer service! Marius was very good at breaking down for me what it was that needed changing with my car. He was very kind and patient with me. Jeron was very kind and had a big friendly smile on his face and was super helpful! Thank you very much for all your help and the work you guys do!!!"
"I had a great experience at Oil Changers in Davis! The drive-through setup is incredibly convenient since you stay in your vehicle the entire time. JR explained the services clearly, let me know exactly what would be done, and made the process quick and easy. He also washed the windshield and checked tire pressure. Dominic took care of everything under the hood while Josh handled the oil change underneath the vehicle. They went above and beyond when my vehicle wouldn’t start… I had left the headlights on while getting my oil changed, and my battery died. They pulled around one of their personal vehicles and jumped my vehicle. I was so thankful. The whole team was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. The entire process was fast, seamless, and much more convenient than a traditional oil change. Highly recommend!"
"Been here a few dozen times in multiple vehicles. The team is always friendly. Generally fast and efficient. Never any issues that one might experience at big box stores. Highly recommend"
"Great experience overall, Harrison treated my car amazingly and was super nice throughout the process. Got my oil+transmission fluids changed, plus replaced the air filter. Great experience, will come again!"
"To whom it may concern: Oil Changers Yesterday morning I had an oil change at the Oil Changers location in Davis, California. I have been bringing my vehicles to that location for years now, and have always received great service with warm reception. Today, I must say; yesterday’s customer service and service experience was exceptional. Everyone that I came into contact with had a positive attitude and carried out their task with a quick efficient manner. One employee named Dominic led the way in providing such a polished experience, I had to write about it. He has an easy going calmness that he uses to share information on service and the condition of your vehicle, that makes you feel good and confident when you drive off. I was two quarts low. He showed me the new filter (inspected it with me, in front of me), and showed the drain plug… and, he was knowledgeable about the current promotion, helping me use the best available option for my needs; I got an oil treatment and one other freebie from the coupon I had via email. Your people are doing well in Davis! Aaron Thurmon"
